How to Write a GTA 6 Clipping Campaign Brief

A good GTA 6 clipping brief gives creators the details they need to make good decisions without guessing.

In this guide 8 sections

Read-aloud audio is available in supported browsers.

Set the GTA 6 campaign goal

Begin with writing what needs to be achieved. Options include exposure of the streamer to the correct audience, telling the consumers about the brand and their product, attracting relevant visitors to the approved destination. "Go viral" cannot serve as a task in itself because there is no information about the target audience and the core of the campaign.

Specify what would concern the target viewers and what they will need to know after seeing your video. Explain the further step realistically. If you seek to drive traffic, make sure you've prepared the destination. Our guide to GTA 6 marketing contains the recommendations on the proper relationship between distribution and the outcome.

List approved source content

List the accurate folders, videos, streams, logos, audio materials and documents used for your campaign. Specify the possibility to choose the moment freely or use the extracts. State the restrictions on guest appearances, use of personal info, sponsor insignias, and third-party content within the source.

Specify whether it's permitted to add the comments, graphics and footage to the source videos. Saying "Use our content," you leave too much to the interpretation. Create the content permissions list along with the asset library and mention the person who can specify the issues connected with rights on the content. The content rights guide suggests the methodology asset by asset.

GTA 6 campaign creative requirements

Name the approved platforms, the format, the possible length (if there is such an option), language, captions and required messaging. Explain the tone of the posting with the specific examples. A useful instruction is one which requires explaining the concept with a visible advantage. An unhelpful one is one requiring high-quality creation.

Provide several examples of the approved videos with reasons why they meet the criteria of the brief. In addition, it's better to list all the limitations. For example, you can ban making up the statements, using deceptive edits, and putting the prohibited audio tracks. Do not specify absolutely everything in frame-by-frame details as it is possible for your project, unless it is necessary. The creator should be able to create the post in a natural style.

Set the reward rate and payout rules

State the payment model, metric applied, the reward per view and how exactly it should work. The CPM campaign includes naming the price per thousand eligible views, minimum threshold, maximum amount per post, counting period, geographic parameters and handling the video cross-postings.

GTA Clipper campaigns begin with a $1,000 reward budget and an additional $200 campaign fee. The budget size of the minimum plan comes at least $1,200 before third-party expenses. Owner-side budget isn't an alternative to the rewarding algorithm for creators. The details of the CPM campaign are stated in the guide to CPM rates and reward caps

Define creator and reviewer responsibilities

Tell whether your creators should post their videos only after receiving approval or post and submit immediately after publication. Provide instructions concerning submission process and information that needs to be attached to each post. Specify the persons who check and specify what kind of adjustments can be asked.

The ideal review process includes the compliance check of the post with your creative guidelines and approving the reward. Although the video can fit the creative brief, the view count still needs to be confirmed before the payment. Provide clear instructions concerning both procedures. The campaign submission review guide illustrates the review process in detail.

Set campaign dates and deadlines

Name the starting date of the campaign, deadline if there is any, counting period and additional periods during which the posts need to stay online. Specify the time zone. Tell what will happen with the accepted clips if the campaign is paused, its budget is limited, or other changes occur.

Mark the number or the date of updating of the brief on the brief itself. It is forbidden to modify the creative of any kind outside of the designated channel of communication. Specify which version the current clips relate to. This way you will give the basis for decision making.

Include sponsored content disclosure rules

Specify the wording for disclosing the promotion and tell the creators to apply the appropriate tool of the social media. Double-check the brand name, handles, URLs, and CTA. Any errors in the destination link will spoil traffic even of excellent videos.

Verify the sponsorship disclosures when planning the creative campaign. Specify the places for the label in case it is required. Confirm whether the destination page contains everything that was promised, works on the mobile devices and states the further actions.

Test your GTA 6 campaign brief before launch

Send the draft brief to the person who hasn't been taking part in the process of its creation and ask him/her to interpret it. Is it understandable for him/her what to write and where exactly, what kind of sources should be used, how exactly to submit, and what reward it will bring? All those confusing moments could be described in the brief.

Start the campaign with the initial batch of posts to check it. Study the questions raised and clarify instructions if needed for future posts. A good brief is precise where necessary and general where creative freedom is needed.
