GTA Clipper will supply you with general information on managed clipping campaigns, campaign planning guides and educational materials. No unlawful use of this website shall be conducted. No activity that interferes with the operation of the website, undermines its security or results in spreading malware is tolerated. The website is independent from Rockstar Games and Take-Two Interactive.
The content on the page contains only general information about the work process on a clipping campaign. All examples, calculation results, illustrations and campaign plans presented on this website are non-representative of revenue, growth, acceptance of a certain campaign or availability of particular game features.
Campaign applications are not campaign launches
The campaign application sends your details to our team for qualification review. Saving a draft or downloading a copy stores information on your device. Submitting an application does not order services, open an account, reserve creators, take payment, or create a funded campaign. Our team will contact you to assess the fit and discuss next steps.
Before launch, the parties must agree on the campaign scope, content permissions, publishing platforms, dates, reward rules, approval process, reporting, and payment terms. Do not start paid work based only on an illustrative campaign card or an unapproved application.
Campaign pricing and creator rewards
Minimum advertised budget for the creator rewards is set at $1,000. In addition, GTA Clipper will charge a campaign fee equal to 20% of this budget, added on top and including management and platform fees. The result is a $1,200 total minimum of planning cost prior to funding and all third-party fees specifically disclosed beforehand. CPM reward is calculated based on eligible views under agreed rate, according to the rules of the campaign, its review, budget available, threshold and caps. Public view counters will not prove entitlement to payment. Terms of cooperation with provider, payment, cancelation, refund of not paid funds and resolving a dispute shall be clearly specified in a campaign agreement.
Content rights and accurate publishing
Only those materials (footage, music, images and trademarks) that the client holds a valid license or permission to use in such campaign shall be submitted. Providing the source link does not necessarily mean that all required permissions have been granted. You must take care of the permissions issues prior to releasing the content on a platform.
Do not submit stolen materials, purchased views, bot traffic, misleading editing or any other materials, that are in violation of the rules of such campaign or platform. You must disclose any paid relation with the influencer or the platform accordingly. Do not present fan-created material, footage of another game, or fictional features as confirmed GTA 6 footage or features.
Third-party services
Campaign may incorporate the use of any third-party services like Whop or ContentRewards as long as it was clearly mentioned in a final campaign agreement. Mention of provider on this website in no way suggests official partnering or connection of GTA Clipper with the third party nor access to account of the provider. Conditions of third-party service are applicable.
GTA Clipper does not control social platform distribution, enforcement of account restrictions, decision regarding payout-provider qualifications and possible policy changes. Before conducting any activities in a campaign you shall carefully study the terms of such policies. Campaign agreement must contain organizations responsible for approval of the campaign content, payment processing and disputes management.
Intellectual property and site information
Brand elements, editorial and design content of GTA Clipper are incorporated into the website to use for the provision of our service. Names 'Grand Theft Auto' and 'GTA' are property of their rightful owners. GTA Clipper's original artwork and interface previews are illustrative. Selected official GTA VI promotional screenshots are credited to Rockstar Games.
We make sure to keep information accurate and relevant but availability of funded campaigns or third-party requirements might have changed. Please verify dates and sources in your current guide and/or agreement for every example. The information on the website cannot guarantee you any positions, visibility, revenue of your campaign.
Questions and changes to these terms
You can find our current contact page. In case of an ongoing funded campaign use the procedure of support and dispute resolution specified in the campaign agreement. Please keep records about campaign identification, permissions to use sources, approved version(s) of content and posted links for future dispute resolution.
