Know your GTA 6 Instagram audience
It can be useful to think about why a person follows a particular Instagram account at first. Fans of gaming humor will be quite different in answers from users interested in getting advice or updates. Choose an event and tone which fit the target account, instead of posting everything you get among your collection.
The campaign brief should provide a description of the expected viewers and desired action to take. Without information on the intended recipient, there might be no way to produce an accurate batch for your client. For more insights on creating a match between creator and audience, please see GTA 6 creator marketing guide. Correct distribution starts with correct matching of post and audience.
Build a fast visual story for GTA 6 Reels
At the beginning of a video, one will see how things move there. That means that there needs to be a recognizable object, contextual text or some reaction visible on the screen. Do not introduce the beginning logo if it was not specifically asked to do so. The brand can be present even without such a long introductory section of the video.
The composition needs to be vertical and clear so that everyone could catch key movements. Preview the final result in phone resolution in order to see how key information like caption or label will not disappear behind the buttons in the media player. You may want to edit the video in order not to shrink the video with complicated elements.
Choose a GTA 6 Reels cover
The cover lets a user know the content of the Reel right on the profile page. Cover and caption should tell accurately enough what we see. Make sure everything will look correct on the cover of the video and in its main view mode too. Some text near the margins will be cropped differently on various platforms, for example.
Keep the whole style of covers consistent in order to create a nice-looking account overall. It does not mean that all covers need to be the same. Similar composition, layout and colors can make the Reel easy to recognize from its cover.
Do not create cover expectations that the video will not satisfy – about the results or features of any kind.
Write GTA 6 Reels captions
There should be a description of the moment or mention of the author as well as of the approved further action of the user. The caption should add value to the Reel and not repeat anything said on it instead. Provide the key information which can be seen by the viewer easily, and put there disclosures which are readable and easy to understand.
Do not clutter your caption with many unnecessary references to terms, irrelevant references, unnecessary hashtags. A short description will be easier for the user to process and not to distract from the message. Use only the necessary mentions of handles, and verify their correctness as well as availability of mentioned destinations.
Check music and footage permissions for Reels
Although most of the Reels use music, campaign promotion video editing requires some special care on the issue of obtaining proper rights for tracks and accounts. Do not assume that a particular piece of music is suitable for your video because it goes well with the GTA; make sure the track is exported from there legally.
That applies to video and face capture footage too, as well as to guest appearances and branding logos. It is on the owner to provide or specify the necessary authorized assets. Our guide to GTA 6 content rights provides you with an excellent way of tracking all those permissions without mixing rights to video, to music and to promotion video into one.
Disclose paid GTA 6 Instagram Reels
Discuss the proper wording of the disclosure with related controls and prepare for it. There will be space for a readable disclosure label if it was asked. Do not wait till the last second to decide because last minute additions might interfere with the caption or something else.
Read our sponsored content disclosure guide in relation to required instructions for chosen platform and particular setup. A paid campaign should not leave any doubts for the average viewer regarding the paid aspect of it. The campaign owner and the creator should check the published result together in order to see that the brief provides an effective disclosure of the sponsored nature.
Submit your published GTA 6 Reel
Make sure your Reel is published and then check the video content and its cover and the caption and tagging information and music rights and any other thing that needs to be checked. Grab the URL of the Reel in question and submit it along with all required information. Provide the data about date and exact account used in the Reel posting. Profile link or draft video export will not provide enough information for the reviewer.
If the Reel was corrected according to the requirements of the owner after being posted, submit the Reel URL which was specified by the campaign owner during correction request. In case of a paid correction and resubmission, there may be a new URL and a new counting period of views and measures. Ask before you remove the Reel from the feed to see how the corrections are handled in case the submitted Reel was deleted. See our clip review and approval guide.
Measure GTA 6 Reels performance
Compare the metrics of the Reel with others in its category and find out what was done differently there. Take the lessons for the next batch, not only to copy-paste the success, but understand what worked there.
Separate metrics of your campaign video views from the platform-related metrics. To measure the cost-effectiveness of your paid campaign, please see GTA 6 clipping CPM.
